A luxury hideaway in West Wicklow: Thoughtful Design, Contemporary Planting

 

This large garden in West Wicklow was transformed into a private retreat, where thoughtful design and a carefully curated planting scheme brought new life to this renovated period home. The challenge was to enhance the beauty of the building by incorporating a structured, minimalist planting scheme.

 

We designed a planting layout that maximised every inch of the planting space, incorporating bold planting to create a luxury, dramatic planting scheme. A mix of architectural plants and vibrant colours added contrast and balance, while strategic placement of feature trees added touches of vertical height against the home.
